Inserting images

I will admit that I may not be the most savvy operator but please help me with this. When I click the "insert image" link I get -

Enter the text to be formatted
[img]xxx[img]

Where you have xxx, you should have the URL to an image, such as this URL to the Google logo: http://www.google.com/intl/en/images/logo.gif

If the image isn't on the internet, then you need to upload it... to do that, below the area in which you type the message you will see an Additional Options area that contains a bit called Attach Files. Click the Manage Attachments link to upload images :)
