He's local to Saratoga Springs and bought the stuff when they cleaned out the remainder of the Serotta factory.

I can't remember his name, but there's a one-man shop very close to e-Richie's current location who makes some really neat stuff. Almost works or art. A while back there was some talk of trying to get him to design and make a bike-specific item for emergency road-side use, but nothing ever came of it.
