Bought a pair of SKS longboard mudguards from Ribble about 9 months ago. Last week the fender had cracked next to the brake bridge. Knowing that SKS has a 5 year warranty, I sent Ribble an email, along with the picture of where it had cracked.

Today they reply me saying that because the brake bridge was installed in the wrong direction, and warranty was void.

I positioned the bridge that way initially to gain as much clearance as possible since it's quite tight.
I fail to see how the direction of the bridge would have changed anything, but someone can correct me if I'm wrong?? Ya ya I guess you get what you pay for in terms of service from online retailers. I just had an hard time tracking down these silver longboards.
