If I head east from my place in West Tisbury, Martha's Vineyard is great for riding fixed - pretty flat. I had the Nagasawa out this afternoon, rode to Edgartown then along the beach to Oak Bluffs, and back. 22 miles. Here's a shot from Beach Road in OB looking back at Chappaquiddick.

I love fixed rides. Glad I took my geared bike today though. Got a bad leg cramp about half way out. Not sure I would have made it on a fixed gear.
