Anybody have Wahoo trouble?

My Wahoo heartrate strap does seem to get recognized by my 4S phone anymore when I use Strava. Anybody have similar issues that they have resolved?

Battery fresh? Restarted/repaired with phone?

Delete the strap from the strava preferences.

Reset the strap. I know this sounds odd but it is what Wahoo told me to do when I was getting some wonky readings. Take the battery out, turn it over and install upside down. Put the cover back on and let it sit for about five minutes.

Put tha battery back in properly and re-pair to your phone.

Thanks, I had not heard the put the battery in backwards angle. Will give that a try. Thanks for the responses.
