Building a rear wheel - Spoke length calc needs info?

I plan to build up a rear wheel. It will be a Pancenti sl23 32H on a Campy Chorus 10sp hub. It's a pretty old hub, but still runs smooth.
I'm trying to use the UBI spoke calc, but don't know all the measurements. Is there someplace to find (or does someone know) the Hub Flange Diameter, Hub Center to Flange Center, & Hub Spoke Hole Diameter for Campy hubs? I can't find it online & I don't own calipers to measure this.
I found one online calc that simply took the ERD of the rim (588) & Chorus hubs & spit out 272.4D/274.7ND. I guess I could use that, but I'd love to double check things out.

287-288mm left, 285mm right for 3X both sides.

I used this one. It gave me a different ERD than Pacenti gives for the rim.

I measured a Centaur 10 hub that was laying here. I put it in a V block and measured:

28.7 mm left side lock nut to flange center
48.8 right side lock nut to flange center

43.7 left flange diameter
45.7 right flange diameter

32 hole 2X = 278.8 right, 281.3 left with the 588 ERD from bikehubstore's site. With the 586 from prowheelbuilder subtract 1 mm from each.
