My goodness, what the hell is going on with the shimano neutral service drivers? They hit Jesse Sargeant and then crash into FDJ's service car when FDJ was about to stop and help a rider on the side of the road.

Jeez.....

Outrageous - curious if it was the same Shimano car inolved with both the Jesse collision and the FDJ rear end

Wow! What a well deserved win! He basically rode the front for the last 3 km with little help.

i found that to be less than exciting. the one who finished second needed to try to go a long way out. roll on PR.

Easier said than done. Kristoff was clearly the strongest rider today.

You could see Kristoff getting stronger from Milan Sanremo to this week's Three Days of de Panne. He peaked at the right time.

Imagine the adulation if Sagan had enjoyed the year Kristoff has had, and had just ridden Terpstra off his wheel at the end like that. The guy is star.

If anyone finds a longer youtube or whatever video please post. I watched online and it was, at best, a Monet painting with complete stops. Then I watched with 5k to go after numerous friends texted.

Love me some Terpstra, but Kristoff deserved the win!!!!!

Right now I only see HD versions for the last 5k and certain crashed - so if anyone finds the last, say, 40k - please post.

Correct: The right guy won.

Kristoff was most certainly the strongest and deserved to win but I wonder if Terpstra should've stopped working with around 10k left if he already knew he didn't have the legs to drop him before the line? Sure, the chasers would've likely caught them if he did that but at least he or Stybar would've have a better chance, despite being a slim chance. IMO, he was racing for 2nd place and giving Kristoff the win by default by going into the finale with just the 2 of them.

Sagan looked like he was really struggling there at the end and could not even podium. He doesn't seem to be living up to all the hype.

When Terpstra made his move at about 30k, it was so powerful and nonchalant, looking over his shoulder at the rest of the field. I wasn't sure Kristoff would be able to close the gap to him, he sure looked like he was dying a thousand deaths to close it. After that, I was sure Terpstra would drop him on the Kwaremont or Paterberg. But Kristoff found something extra and actually did his fair share of pulling. The Kristoff from just two weeks ago at Milan Sanremo that was life or death to hang on on the Cipressa and Poggio would have been dropped.

I enjoyed the race.

When Kristoff was able to hang on to Terpstra on the Paterberg it was all over.

Kristoff is on ridiculous form, it seems.

Impressive display from GVA, too. What happened to my man Sep?? I saw he was off the back and unable to rejoin the front group, but wasn't clear if it was a mechanical or lack of form. Sagan looked better than last week. Still not living up to the hype in terms of victories, but the guy is consistently there at the ends of races, and I think when he does start winning, he'll be a more humble rider.

Roubaix is going to be a good show. Can't wait. Oh, well Tour of the Basque Country will tide me over, so I guess I can wait.

Kristoff won 4 races this week... AND he's on the startlist for Scheldeprijs.

Sometimes I forget how much of a bludgeon de Ronde is. Those hellingen, over and over again, just wear people down - and it came down to who survived until the last trip up the Oude Kwaremont and Paterberg... and then the finish.

I can't believe that Stybar's bridge fell out during the race. Holy moly.
I was surprised that Geraint Thomas came up a bit short - but he's been flying for a while now.
I thought that Greg Van Avermaet finally did everything right. It was nice to see BMC be a bit quieter - he was waiting for the opportunity, not trying to make it and wear himself out in the process. He didn't get a W for his troubles, but I liked the change in tactics.

And holy crap - Teisj Benoot. Look out!
