Name-That-Frame Monday

Ok, let's start something here... I'll post photos of some frame details, and you try to guess the builder / make / model!

So, for example, if I were to post this detail:

I think the second picture is of a Fuso by Dave Moulton. I had a friend years ago with that rear brake set up that is why my guess is a Moulton.
This could be fun we can really show our bike knowledge or bike geekeness whichever but hey it's a fun idea.

I'd never heard of that detail -- a reversed rear brake mount -- used by Moulton. The only guy I heard of doing it was Harry Havnoonian.

(Well, now I'm not sure that's what we're looking at...)

Are you's all sure that's not a pic of the chainstays, rather than seatstays?

Not that that bit of info would help me ID the frame.

Seatstay bridge taken from inside the stays above the tire. Looks like a Cannondale CAAD3ish to me.
