(Forgive me if this has already been posted - couldn't find it after a quick search)
Lezyne is coming out with GPS cyclocomputers:

Three models:
Mini GPS ($140) - very small/light but cannot connect to anything (no HR/Cadence/Power or magnetic speed sensor)
Power GPS ($170) - larger and can connect to Bluetooth devices
Super GPS ($200) - same size as Power GPS but has ANT+ in addition to Bluetooth.

I haven't been able to find any info on whether these use GLONASS in addition to GPS (I think the Garmin 510 does and has better satellite reception as a result).

From Bike Rumor: Mini starts shipping at end of March, others start shipping in May or June. The iOS App goes live soon, Android app should be live by the time the Mini ships.

The Strava Android app has stopped working as well as it used to for me, so I am excited to see how these compare to Garmins since I may give in and purchase a 'modern' computer this year. Lezyne seems to have a good reputation for product quality, so hopefully these computers will be good Garmin competitors.

That is really interesting. I've always known Lezyne to be a top notch company when it comes to making physical stuff. Not sure that knowing how to make a great pump is going to help them make a great GPS, though.

You forgot lights, Bro. Lights. They been making front and tail lights for a while and while not THE best, they are often better than most.

Garmin, in my view, is going the wrong way. Bigger and touchscreen doesn't work for me YMMV, but I tried the 810 and was nonplussed.

The Lezyne website says the Power and Super use GLONASS, but it doesn't specify for the Mini.

Thanks sworcester and leftyfreak - not sure how I missed that.

I always wondered if anyone could break into this market. I thought Delorme was interested. Garmin makes a nice product -- on paper. If all you are doing is riding over to your KOM, trying to set a new record, and riding home, they work fine. They know about the bug that limits recording to less than 200 miles and don't care. They know that people want to charge on the bike and don't care. They just introduced a new "feature" where it wants to turn itself off when external power is removed and are unapologetic. It's annoying.

Of course, anyone new is going to be mostly going after the stravaholes, so maybe they'll have bugs that hit long distance riders.
