Can anyone help identify a Serotta Ottrott frame, SN LI 58 099?

Trying to determine if stock or custom, model year, ... ?

A photo would help... that SN format would usually indicate a stock 58. The lug style and carbon tube type (if clear finish) can indicate year and or custom/stock.
