I downloaded the NBC Sports On Live Extra app for my ipad and watched the Paris Nice stage this am. I won't spoil it but it was good. I believe that you can watch replays also. I streamed to my Apple TV so I was able to watch on the big screen.
They should have a fair number of races this year so it is worth downloading. It is much better than using a browser from rebroadcast sites. The last stage of PN is a climbing TT so worth watching.
