Relocating to Aberdeen MD......

Need some help on where to live with good schools and good communty. IM looking at Westminster MD; New Freedom PA; maybe Havre De grace any help would be appreciated.
My List:
1. Good community/ safe
2. Safe place to ride.
3. costco/shopping
4. Under and hour commute both ways.

Hers:
1. Privacy/ Space
2. Starbucks
3. Good schools
4. Shopping

I live in Bel Air which is about 10 miles from Aberdeen. Harford County is pretty, but I would not live in Aberdeen if I had my choice. Nearby areas that are nice for houses are Havre de Grace, Churchville, Glenville, Forest Hill and Bel Air. All are about or less than 15 miles from Aberdeen. There are bike clubs and lots of good bike riding. Westminster and New Freedom are pretty far away, but within 1 hour. Good luck.

I spent 6 months there in Army OCS. I can't recommend my old "neighborhood" for family living. :)
