D'oh, that's all.
Just built this up for one of my sisters even though I told her I thought the frame may be too large but she really wanted it. I was right she was wrong.I'm going to try and sell it locally as a full build so she can regroup her expenses.

If she really likes the frame, I would convert it to 650b and change out the handle bar to this:
