Curious. Would it be OK to shim this 1 1/8 stem to a 1" steerer? According to VO, the stack height is 7.5 cm. Would I need a 7.5 cm tall shim? TIA

Maybe send VO a message. I would bet it would be fine. They may even have a shim that will work.

Not sure if anyone makes a shim that long if VO doesn't sell them. You can probably use two with no problem.

this one is 35mm:

this one is 38 mm:

I can check to see what lengths I have, will be considerably cheaper.
