Switching carbon tension blade on Keo Blade 2 possible?

Hi, I saw that they offer the different tension blades but I couldn't find instructions on how to change them. Is it user changeable or do I need to take them to a bike shop to change it?

They have to use a special tool, which equals most shops sending them in to Look to have them changed out. So make sure you have the right tension when you get them.
