Michelin Pro4 Endurance 28mm - Actual?

It looks like the new Michelin Pro4 Endurance 28mm tires are starting to become available. Has anyone mounted these up and measured? The 25mm version runs around 27mm and I'm hoping the 28s are around 30mm.

I just received a pair and they are measuring 28mm on an Open Pro rim (15mm). I'm hoping they stretch after a few miles, etc.

Did you have a chance to put them on a scale before mounting them? I'm curious about the actual weight.
