A: This bike has 3 size versions for different height rider. We normally ship the bike in 54 cm because most of the rider in USA is more than 180cm(5.11") or higher if there is no special specification,when you place the order. Due to the shipping requirement and cost, we can not 100% assemble the bike, but 90 % pre-assembled and tested before shipping. However, when the bike comes to you, you still need to build up the front wheel with the quick release ( in bares hands), handle bar, seat post, and paddles.
