Mavic Shimano freehub 11 speed?

Are Mavic wheels 11 speed compatible? Anybody tried 11 speed on oldish Mavic wheels.

Yes with FT-s freehub. Old, old, like Heliums maybe not but most are. Does it have a Mavic supplied, almost 2mm spacer on it under the 9/10s cogset? Then it is 11s.

I have some Mavic Cosmos which are probably around 15 years old and they take an 11 speed cassette no problem.

If you have an 8/9/10 speed cassette on them, and there is a spacer behind the cassette that came with the wheels, then they are 11 speed compatible. I think they have been making them this way for what, like 8 or so years at this point.

edit: looks like much longer than 8 years!
