Photo question

Why can't you post a photo more than once in this forum? It seems that nearly every time I try to post a photo here I get a popup saying the photo was already posted in a previous thread, so I can't repost it. Why not? Other forums let you repost photos. I know you could link to the previous thread but that is silly, and it forces the reader to open a new thread and scroll through it to see the shot, which few people would bother doing.

Rename the photo at the source; computer, etc. before you repost it. Or you can go to the post with the original pic, delete the pic through 'manage 'attachments' then post it in your new post.

Click "User CP"->Miscellaneous->Attachments
Look for the previously posted picture.
Copy the link (In Mac/Safari, right click, Copy Link)
(…or from the post with the original image, right click the image and "Copy Image Address")
Then in the new post, select "insert image" from the message toolbar, and paste.

It also works when posting images from other sites (i.e. from Google Images).
