May I suggest you watch this video to smooth out the process. Instructions with product are minimal and the German engineering is elegant. The elegance and my aptitude were not seeing eye to eye.

Slice it crosswise, pierce it = washer.

Used the same video to install my B42 fenders. It is truly an excellent walkthrough and it applies to many of the similar SKS fenders.

Little black plastic goodies that go into the eyes on the fender. Used to simply screw stay to fender eye and top it off with a little rubber thing stuck on the end of the stay. Longboards come with a more tuned approach to covering the sharp ends of the stays. They work well, but not intuitive on how they hook up.

Used the same video to install my B42 fenders. It is truly an excellent walkthrough and it applies to many of the similar SKS fenders.

thats a very thorough and very professional means of fender attachment...i wish i had the patience for that haha, i just bolt em on and roll out the door, wonky fender gap and all ;)
