Even off-shoring within continental Europe has its blowback.
Sounds like they wanted to move a good bit of the lower-end production to Romania -- chains, cassettes and cables maybe?
I can see why this raises some hackles when you're cutting a fifth of the Vicenza workforce.

I believe Campy wheels have been made in Romania for quite some time.
