All hubs that can accept a Campagnolo 9s are also 10 and 11s compatible. Campagnolo 9s hubs starting in 1997.

That is true for Campagnolo standard hubs (i.e. non-wheel system hubs). Some 9spd Campagnolo complete wheels are not 11spd compatible, such as those with 9spd HPW hubs.
