Yeah, that's been a while.

Pon owns quite a few brands. Gazelle, Univega and Focus to name a few.

Hell, if anything it may have improved the quality control. I've seen way too many new out of the box Cervelo frames with carbon resin flash obstructing internal cable routing holes. Explaining why you have to take a round file to someone's brand new $2000+ frame gets old real fast.

We've actually had to drill the cable routing hole out in the frame because it was completely obstructed.

Not sure why people think selling your company to an experienced PE shop is a bad move. The one Serotta hooked up with was bad news, but plenty of businesses in plenty of industries find PE to be a good exit. PON has a solid track record and portfolio, so I'm not surprised that 2-3 years on we are seeing Cervelo still making good bikes. I sorta want a S3.
