Shimano RS685 STI levers/RS785 hydraulic disc brake

Anyone know where to find the newer Shimano hydra mechanical levers and updated disc brake? They are holding up my build. Shimano was supposed to ship to LBS 12/19. Im told they are on back order at Moots also.

I'm waiting for QBP to restock the RS685 myself. Can anyone confirm if they come with rotors? I know most do not, but the stock photo shows some Freeze-tech rotors with it...?

QBP does have the Di2 version in stock, the RS785.

It looks like Universal Cycles has two pair in stock (https://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=67779). Rotors are sold separately.
