Lance Armstrongs seven TdF wins or Neal Armstrongs walk on the moon?

Walk on the moon dwarfs the TdF wins in terms of dollars spent.

I don't know, but there's a "tang" joke in there somewhere...

Well, e-Richie always claims to get more tail than Sinatra. We pilots always make false claims to getting "more tang than a thirsty astronaut". Yeah, its cheap. And if it were true I would not be hanging out here on this forum while in Greensboro, NC.

some people would give their blip blip
to be able to take a walk on the moon.

The spacesuit probably cost more, if not the spaceship certainly did. Think about the research involved and the people and costs necessary to continue and implement that research.

Trek would sell more bikes if Lance won a mountain stage on the moon...

No fans and no camera to verify that he won. Besides, would he ride the race or jump the race?? :)

In addition, it would be quite a trek to get his Trek to the race. :)
