For some reason Urban Outfitters has some items from the Giro New Road line. And a few of the pieces have a pretty good markdown.

I've wanted to try this stuff for a while but it's pretty pricey so I never did. I think it should work great for touring and commuting and for more serious rides when I just don't feel like bibs/ full kit.
I picked up 2 pairs of the Undershort w/ chamois for $30 each + two merino t-shirts for $22 each ( listed at 30 but went down to 22 in my cart).
No advice on sizing specific to this brand but I just went with my typical sizes and hopefully works out.
