My ortho and pt told me to ride, so today I did it, I rode 4 1/2 miles around the neighborhood on my mtn bike.
Whoo hoo, I didn't think I'd be riding so soon. :D
What a way to celebrate 4 weeks (today) post op ACL surgery!
