Help With Team Awards

I'm trying to come up with a few humorous annual awards to present to my teammates. For example, a bad-luck [insert clever name here] award; consistently demonstrates a propensity to attract ill-fortune and provide detailed analysis of how it's always someone else’s fault.

I know there are much more imaginative minds out there than mine, so a little help would be appreciated.
