Is it 100% pure sweat?
Or does it combine with drool, tears, spills, drips, pus, ...

Depending on your response, it changes the accuracy of our final results.

i prefer arundel gecko...comes in at 54g trimmed and taped...carbon bar end plugs are 5g each

depends on brand etc, but i've seen anywhere from around 40-100g including plastic plugs.

my cannondale alloy plugs are 25g combined.

Probably a lot less than my pre-ride dump. That saves me in pounds, not ounces.
