Folks,

I've been waiting and waiting, so I'm chomping at the bit a bit.

I've completed it. I got an email from Strava indicating that I've completed the challenge, but I have not received my email for the 25% off.

I would like to know if anyone has or has not received their coupon.

Same as you. Completed the challenge, got the e-mail from Strava. Nothing from Competitive Cyclist.

I guess I'll chat with CC tomorrow. I don't know how to get a hold of the Strava folks.

I didn't realize completing that actually got you a discount from CC. Maybe I should have gone out and finished up that last 1.5 hours! :no:

I kind of forgot about it, took Friday off and missed it by a couple of hours.

I just web chatted with customer support. They had me forward my email from strava that indicated that I completed the challenge. Once the support person received it, he said the email containing the code should be sent out in the next couple days (not sure why that long).

The whole chat was about 5 minutes. The competitive cyclist folks are always a pleasure to deal with.

I found that the code is good for all items in your cart that are regular priced; however, there are some restrictions (e.g., speedplay cleats do not qualify).

C.C. have great customer service in my opinion...just go online and do a chat thing and ask...I will bet you they simply will give you the 25 percent...they are pretty good about stuff like this...really good service.

Dude, you are ineffective at math....First deduct the 25%, then take off 8% of that. So 31%!!
