I normally wear a 46 (11.5-12) and Northwave seems to run big on paper. So it looks like a 45 would be right.

Can anyone confirm this from experience?

What model are you looking at? The last has changed over the years from a big toe box to more of a traditional Italian narrow fit.

I have a pair of Aerators in 45 that fit perfect. I also have a pair of Extreme's that are 46 that are sort of narrow in the toe box. I had to stretch them out a bit to make them work. They are fine now.

I am actually looking at their winter boot Fahrenheit GTX. If I go up to a 46 thats a 13 and that may be huge.

Fwiw, I wear 45 in Sidi and the north wave 45 winter boot I have feels a little bigger.

Now I'm wondering, I'll know tonight if the sidi that I ordered will fit.
I have two pair north wave extreme road and tri. Both 44.5, had to use the thinner footbed with them. Ordered a 45 in sidi,

Ironically as production moved from Italy to China......

Northwave and Sidi used to be a half size difference (Northwave bigger and with more width and height in the toe box.

Now they're pretty similar.

I was wearing size 41.5 Sidi road shoes for many years. Nowadays, most of my shoes are MTB shoes and they are all from Northwave in size 41. In fact, I just bought a pair of Extreme Artic MTB shoes also in size 41 and they seem to fit perfectly with medium thick socks.

Well my sidi t3.6 got delivered, in size 45. I choose poorly. Looks like I need a 44.5 in that also , maybe even a 44.

So they run pretty close to north wave

I just bought two pairs of NW shoes. Arctic commuters and hammer cx. Both in a size 42 and they fit perfect. For some relevance I wear a 43 in LG and Lakes and my US sneaker size is 8.5

I have 46 specialized and they are roomy. In sidi 46 is narrow. I may opt for a 46 to give me room for larger socks etc.
