which compressionless cables/housings are you using?
frame will have saddle type hose mounts for hydraulic so figure on complete housing run from the brake levers down the downtube to a chainstay mounted caliper. i think the jagwire housing may work, but i need to find a cable long enough with a campy friendly head

I used Jagwire, from a 10m bulk roll. ($40 on ebay)

Non Campy ends fit if you Dremel them...

I also used jagwire compression less on my BB7, working great. Using retroshift not campy though.
