Long expansion plug

I have a 10mm spacer between the top cap and the threadless stem. I am looking for an expander plug about 50mm long to be inside the steerer tube the entire length from the top cap through the stem. Where can I find a 50mm long expander plug for a 1 1/8" steerer tube?

Any suggestions?
