I bought a few sets of there here recently. Well, two rides out on the salt and sand and one is shot.
I would like to swap two of these for some 4 seasons in 25mm. Mine are brand new in the box. 25mm.

Do you want to sell a set of your Veloflex Masters?

Are 4 Seasons the only tire you are interested in?

No. Its just the one I know will work in the winter here and still ride good.

I don't have any tires quite like that...but...I definitely have some Michelin Pro 4s and maybe some Conti GP4000s...25s.

I have had bad lick with Michelins and the 4000s. I am looking for something durable. I cant get a 28 in the fork so those are out too.

Lots of miles left or lots of miles on them?

If you want something a little more "rugged" I have some Kenda Karvs (25s).
They are used, but maybe 25 miles.

25c Vittoria Pave-riding them for about a year, just put a new one on the front, front on rear. True to size, great ride in crappola of early winter riding, some dirt roads.

I would be interested in the paves too.
The county started using sand on the roads. Well, this stuff must be sharp. I have cut two rears bad enough that they bulge and are not useable.
