Which one you prefer FSA SLK or Ultegra 6700 crankset 50/34t? Which one is stronger? I have FSA on my Cannondale Super Six BB30,, I was thinking buying Ultegra ( Dura Ace would be nice but too expensive)...any ideas?

What problem are you trying to solve? Is the FSA flexing when you pedal?

I think that Shimano has them beat hands down as far as shifting goes. That said, you will have to run an adapter to put a Shimano crank in a Bb30 frame.

If I did use Ultegra,, I would buy Wheels Manufacturing BB with ceramic bearings.

FSA is making me little nervous because I had issued with the pedals in the crank arms in the past. So I prefer stronger crank arms also to match Di2.

IMO is a no brainer. Lots of people here not happy to say the least with FSA stuff (handlebars excluded).
On the other hand, even campyphiles praise Shimano's front shifting.

Shimano cranks are optimized for Di2 plus even if they weren't, far better than anything FSA makes. Plus, yes Wheels BB but I wouldn't do ceramic, big $ for little to no performance or durability advantage.

So Ultegra or Dura Ace best? And BB without ceramic bearing? Check?

The Ultegra will shift as good as the Dura Ace it just doesn't have that Duraché Italian flair. I vote for the blank that matches your group set.
As far as ceramics go? No need for them on a bicycle. Unless you want to drain your wallet faster.

When ceramic bearings first started hitting the market I went to my LBS and asked the owner, a 72 year old ex pro, about them. He looked over his glasses at me and said "Talk to me when you have ceramic legs". Needless to say, I never got ceramic bearings.

I'd go Ultegra. If you must go Shimano. :)

Ultegra 6800 crank set. Consider the Praxis bottom bracket. Easy to install. I have installed many. No squeaks and the bearings last.

Will 6800 works with 10 speed?

6800 cranks. if the frame can take PressFit30, check out the Parlee BB/adapter for Shimano. that's the combo i've been running noiselessly with zero maintenance in my Gaulzetti since April.
