Shin Namura??

I recently purchased a group of items from another forum member, one of which was a really nice track frame. It's said to be an early 80s Specialized Allez track frame, though there are no decals and really no way to confirm it. There is a serial number in the bb shell (NO22K1) and size in mm (540). It does not have the traditional tells of a 3Rensho. It is absolutely beautiful and well made. Suntour dropouts. Lugs are nice. So I messaged Merz Bicycles and got a response from who I believe was Jim Merz. He told me that he thought it was a Shin Namura built frame, which happened previous to Yoshi Konno (3Rensho). I've googled a bit and can't find out much about this Shin Namura. Wanted to see if you guys knew anything. I've attached some pics of the frame. I'm sure some of you guys will remember it.
