View Full Version : question on removing rotor BSA30

I have to remove rotor threaded bb30 cups. These cups are larger than campy and shimano BB and require a seperate tool. My distributor is out of the specific rotor and race face tool. Does anyone know if the BB386 BB tool is the same tooth configuration? Below are some pictures of the rotor BB and tool. The FSA tool is below as well.

Looks like the Rotor has fewer notches...

You need the Rotor tool.

We used to get this question all the time at the shop (back when we were Cervelo dealers)...

thank you, I finally got a hold of factory service and they confirmed as well. They are loaning me a Race Face one that is compatible.
