Were can I get a new set of them want to change the ones on my ride but no serotta dealer near will serotta sell them direct? :beer:

Yes they will, the last time I bought them they were $40.

I think Serotta Andrew recently said that they will no longer sell the decals direct to prevent counterfeits like the re-badged Fuji that someone was trying to sell in the classifieds.

You should contact them to see what you need to do, but I am guessing they will want the frame and want to do it at the factory.
