Maybe Paceline should get into this?
I have been following several swap meet pages on Facebook.
Stevebay has a few local pages, Colorado, El Paso and lately Online Swap Meet and PB and J in the Dallas area.

Anyone have any others I should look into?

I'm an admin on the Online Swap Meet group...its a pretty decent group, but now that its over 14000 members, the ads fly fast....easy for stuff for sale to get lost in the feed.

There was a Boston one I ended up on for a brief period, but I never saw anything pop up aside from junky old beaters with cottered cranks that people wanted $300 for. After about a month I had to remove myself to stop my eyes from bleeding.

I had to do the same, there is a NE mtb classifieds thats decent though.

For Australian crew, there's a really good one called Bicycle Market.

If you keep an eagle eye on there you can get some amazing bargains. I got a DA9000 groupset recently for A$800 (US$650-700ish) and some seemingly unused Ti king cages for A$20.
