Actually, that was a joke.

My only real disappointment so far is that last night's game was a real snoozer.

We've had plenty of excitement since the wild card. A boring but win filled world series is just fine with us.

3 World Series appearances in 5 years. It's good to be a Giants fan these days.

I know. My response was tongue - in-cheek
Yea but I'm happy to see a W no matter what.

Royals aren't done yet. Let's regroup after tonight.

I guess the Giants won't get swept, like they did to Baltimore.

Maybe a snoozer for you but not for us Giants Fans. We need to break their momentum.

Or to the best record Angels.

A close win in a tight game is nice and exciting, but give me a blowout win for my team any day and keep exciting games for the teams I don't care much about.

Eh, let the boys line up and play. As one of my sons pointed out, it had been 23 days since the Royals lost a game.

After the flyover last night, the jets buzzed my house!

Time for the first pitch !!!!!!!!!!

As much as I think I want the NL team to win, I'm happy that the Royals are making a game of this. (so far)

Made the mistake of reading this, but am imposing a media blackout, as I shall watch the game on DVR after the kids are in bed (its been going on for 90 minutes). Given the pace of baseball, I should be live by the 8th inning...

Louis

In that case, I won't give you an update.

Right now it's the top of the 4th...

Edit: now the bottom of the 4th...

Giants bullpen looked pretty shaky to me.

Can't rely on having Bumgarner (sp?) start every game.

Giants bullpen looked pretty shaky to me.

It's so shaky that Strickland got hot for some reason.

Good to see Timmy back in the bullpen though. Hope nothing serious about his back.

Can't wait till Friday.

A little bad blood between teams always makes things more interesting.

Now it's personal!

I wonder if Strickland will pitch again this post-season. I bet he will.

Go Royals!

Yes! Giants down to their last 81 outs. :)
Took three tries, but we are not playing from an 0-2 hole in the WS.

Pretty sure it's already smoothed over. If KC sees Stickland again this series it will probably be because things are really going bad for SF. Lincecum's back problem last night could turn out to be more bad news for a shaky SF pen.

I'm sure he'll pitch again. Bruce really likes him.

Two games, two spankings, one emotional meltdown. It's a best of 5 series, now. Ought to be fun...
