Difference between Yokozuna Campy vs Shimano

I have a set of Yokozuna Reaction brake/shifter cables and housing for Shimano, but I want to use it with a Campy bike. Is the only difference between the two the larger cable end on the Shimano version?

Yes, and brake cable too..smaller amount of room inside a carbon brake lever.
