Chainring bolts - to grease, or to thread lock (not the permanent kind)?

I grease them. Never had one fall out. Had a few I couldnt get out and a few that made a tick. Grease fixed both of these issues.

Grease or antisieze. Also a wee bit between the chainring and crank spider, where they touch..prevents a possible place for creaks/ticks.

Depends on the material. Alloy bolts wont take much torque. Be careful with them. Steel, just hand tight is fine. That assumes you are not a ham fisted guerrilla.
