Time RSX Pedal Metal Clip Fell Off

I think I finally discovered the source of a very annoying click. A u-shaped metal clip on the right pedal seems to have gone missing (see pics). Is there anyway this can be replaced? My brother has a very worn set of RXS pedals. Is it possible to harvest the clip from that pedal and put it in mine? I'm not quite sure how this clip is retained. In examining my left pedal it looks like the clip is just press-fit into place.

Looks like the two screws "almost" retain the u-sahped clip.

Pretty sure you know why I say "almost."

I would think one from another pedal would work just fine...

I have a set with the same problem. Put them in the spare parts shoe box just in case another pedal suffer the same problem at some point.

The piece is not that hard to make tho, the problem is to find the right diameter or metal rod piece to bend.
