Wow- what did that to Pave tires that survive Roubaix? Looks they may have fell victim to some tossed out beer bottles on the roadside by some low life humans.

That looks painful. Something sharp and with a lot of force behind it.

Canadian $5 bill. Smallest note. But the plastic bill makes it an excellent boot hahah :)

Wasn't because I was thinking rude thoughts about spam, cuz I do that all the time anyway.

Rescue by wife, like only the second time in 20 years..both for tires. oh well.

I'll ask Vittoria about warranty..........

Had a cut like that on a set of Michelin Pro4 SCs. Mine were tubies though and it was below freezing and the tire change was less-than-optimal.

sorry to see that. you have sharp pave out in CO, non?

i flatted on friday about 4k from home. thought about running it in but didn't have good shoes with me and my bag was fully loaded, laptop and all, and i still had a 5h drive to do that night. ended up fixing it (fixie, rear, of course!) in some kind lady's driveway. two glueless patches and they're still holding, four days later! amazing. snagged an industrial staple somehow. went right through my maxxis re-fuse. only time i've ever flatted one with a puncture. odd.

Been there, done that. Not an option with clinchers...
