Heading down there for a few days next week. Thinking about bringing my bike -- anyone know the riding in that area?

Also, will accept food suggestions. :) Thanks

I did the Twin Lights Ride near there the weekend before last. We went through several beautiful towns within a few miles of Manalapan. Here's a link (http://ridewithgps.com/routes/2961546) to the full route in case you want to use that to find some roads. I don't remember any specific road names, but overall the route was well planned with low traffic on Sunday morning. Hope this helps!

I ride near Manalapan twice a week. There are lots of fairly nice routes if you know where the good roads are hiding. If it's a weekday, going south first is a good idea. If it's the weekend, going west toward Princeton, the canal and eventually the Delaware River is nicer, but that means you have time for 50+ miles. Going south and then east to the shore can also be nice. Feel free to email me or look at my ridewithgps public routes. I'm roydyates there too.

Coincidentally, my wife and I plan to ride around Woodstock VT-Hanover NH at the end of this week.
