I would trade places with you in a minute. A zillion old orthopedic injuries don't play well with the cold.

I've heard about the west coast heatwave. It's hard to imagine from here.

In the Midwest, we have had a very cool , wet, summer (almost a non-summer) and are getting below-normal temps right now. Past 2 rides have started in the low 40's. Yesterday with 25mph winds, it was pretty cold.

Hating it. And it's only early fall.

I'll take 100+ over 20-below any day!!! (Yes, I've ridden in both)

Yup...miserable riding weather in Michigan... Dark, gloomy, chilly, windy, damp...

We had our first morning in the mid-60s this morning in St Pete. It was in the 90s a few days ago and I was ready to pack the car and drive until I found cooler weather. I don't think I'm going to make it through next summer....

We'll trade you midwest guys 20 degrees and a month of sun for some of that rain...

The weather really got to me on Three Bears on Saturday. Never did much like the heat, and two months of cool weather after the move out here didn't help matters.

But yes, I'll take a couple months of solid rain if it means we get water.

It's just exaggeration of our normal Indian summer. Nothing particularly unusual...so far.

Glorious sunshine in Colorado today - which took me somewhat by surprise, although probably shouldn't have.

It's so freakin dry here.
Mid ride yesterday and today my throat felt like I just took a giant hit straight off the bottom of the bowl.
gotta love sweating buckets while your jersey remains dry.
