One of my Dual Seat bags wore a small hole in the side. Chris at Arundel promptly replaced it with the new and improved model. Apparently, their sewer had changed to cheaper material without telling Arundel; the quality issue has since been resolved. I appreciate them taking ownership of the problem.
For those of you looking for a saddle bag to hold two tubes, two CO2 cartridges, and tire levers, I recommend Arundel's Dual bag. In my opinion, it is by far the best saddle bag on the market in terms of style and function.
