Cafe? Nahhhh too dangerous... I'll just make a cup of coffee at home and sit on the couch after that one...

Some of those guys could really benefit from taking a tumbling class :)

My joints hurt even more after watching that. I'll stick to the road.

That's why I keep both wheels on the ground!

Why are there no women in this? It's a sociological question worth pondering.

Thanks. This makes me feel good about my decision Friday not to try the "Expert" line at the local flow park...

It's not bad enough that you just broke a rib and several teeth and feel totally humiliated. Then the bike comes plummeting from 10 feet up and lands on you.

Why do I feel a sudden urge to get a bag of ice?

Honestly, pretty certain I crashed just as hard in a CX last weekend as I ever did racing Downhill. Although the downhill ones were more dramatic. Dirt jumping on the other hand...

You know, that was beautiful and all, but....

You don't need to row across the loch in your bike shoes, wearing your helmet. You have a boat. Take a lunch. A change of clothes. A bottle of whiskey.

And for god's sakes, that painter on the stem has a purpose. Tie off the boat.
