I'd eliminate the useless Gates drive and make it even remotely attractive before cutting the price or adding hydro discs. Then I'd make the fenders a useful length, before I got down to real stuff like figuring out how to make it into a double diamond frame.

I dunno. Maybe it's been a long day.
