Looks to be a good race. I like the qualifying setup so far. Maybe when Kimi goes to Ferarri, he'll get a car that doesn't fall apart on him all the time.

It does look like Ferrari likes the new qualifying setup, and so do I. Having 3 'races' to set the pole makes for great 'old-time' scheming, drama and intense last-minute efforts.

I'll be up at 3AM to watch it live!

It's good to see Michael back where he belongs?....On top!

Wow..what a rough year he suffered through in '05...

GM mentioned Raikkonen.....yeah....IMO...he's bridged the "gap" between
the pack and Michael.....those 2 are for sure the "class" in regards to
talent in F-1.

Its hard to imagine Juan Pablo not being mentioned with the best?
But that's nothing against him..it's just that Kimi and MS are soooo talented!

My only problem with Kimi??
His interviews!...talk about "monotone"!....I think someone needs to
change his batteries!
But noooo doubt...he's blazing fast!

Now who won the "championship" last year???

Dude that's a Finnish thing. Gronholm isn't exactly the most exciting interview either. It comes from having no sun for six months. They let their driving do the talking.

Ok, I get that's it a Finnish thing.... but how about a little P.R. coaching.
That boy would get nowhere in NASCAR!

Interviewer: "Kimi, you must be thrilled to be ten-time world-champion....?"
kimi: "Yes".....
Interviewer: Ok, then, next question...

I think this season will go down as one of the better ones in a long while. Already the new qualifying rules have shown a mini picture of the dog fights that I think will characterize the whole season. With all the new rules it's going to be a kinda a 'run-whatcha-brung' season. Last year I think I watched only a few complete races. If this year promises to be anything like todays qualifying, I'll watch them all live.

I hope so too. Although last season saw the end of Michael's domination,
and there were good races, but the championship suspense left a little to be
desired. There were so many races where Kimi was dominant and it was
like, "stay tuned and see what part of the car gets broken..."

A guy told me the new format is 2.4 liters and almost everyone running 8 cylinders. How do the speeds compare to last year?

so two finns go to their little hunting lodge in lapland on a lake for a vaction, and after a couple weeks of sitting on the porch and drinking vodka; one of the finns says to his buddy,"hey don't you think we should eat something?" to which his friend replies, "did we come here to talk or to drink?"

wow, last to third! that's a great run.

I couldn't believe how close Schumacher and Alonso were coming
together after the second pit stop! Let's hope it's a sign of a very
exciting season.

Is Ferrari back? -geeTook MS 71 more races than it took AS to get those 65 poles. Ferrari is almost back. If they could just beat those pesky French powered cars. And, Massa appears to be a BIG step down from his predecessor.

It was kewl to see Schumacher adjusting "brake-bias"..on the go!

Good run for the Yank..Speed(12th place! for 1st GP!)

Better run for fellow rookie Rosberg...of course he's in a Williams..as
opposed to Speed runing the "rev-limited" V-10.

Rough day for Felipe(Massa)....where'd Rubens go?
Maybe he grew tired of "team-orders"...in regards to Michael!

And you haven't seen the best of Michael yet....he'll get a GP very soon!

Poor Jacque!....did that car erupt or what?

And what's Toyota thinking right now??
Their budget for F-1 has to be around $500-$600 mill!

And I hope Eddie Jordan will be a "major-player" this year...ya gotta
love his personality and wit!
